I called to inquire about obtaining a new compliance certificate. Sam was incredibly polite and arranged to come out the same day to provide advice and a quote. He was able to provide a quote seamlessly and had our hot water system replaced by mid afternoon the same day. He left our property clean and tidy and was very friendly. On both occasions Sam was prompt, friendly and very professional. He was able to diagnose the problem with our water tank very quickly and had it up and running perfectly before he left!
